ONV-H1108PSD 10/100M 10-Port Smart PoE Switch

OVERVIEW

ONV independently developed the ONV-H1108PSD as a 10/100M smart PoE switch. It includes 8×10/100Base-TX RJ45 ports and 2×10/100Base-TX uplink RJ45 ports. Ports 1–8 support PoE+ power output, delivering up to 30W per port. The PoE ports include a watchdog function that monitors communication in real time; if a port stops responding, the system automatically restarts PoE on that port to restore network connectivity without affecting other ports.

The switch works as a PoE power-sourcing device that automatically detects standard-compatible powered devices and supplies power through the network cable. It supports wireless APs, IP cameras, VoIP phones, building access control, and intercom systems—ideal for environments that require high-density PoE power.

Innovative Functions

• PoE Watchdog: Ports 1–8 include an always-on watchdog feature that continuously monitors data flow. If a port encounters a communication failure, the system automatically restarts PoE on that port to restore normal operation.

• Long-Distance + VLAN Mode (E): When switched ON (default OFF), ports 1–8 operate at 10Mbps and support transmission distances up to 250 meters. This mode also activates physical VLAN isolation among ports 1–8.
